Use a hyprelink:

In say Sheet1, A1 pull-down Insert Hyperlink...

Tell the wizard that its to a place in this document. Specify Sheet3 cell
Z100.

Whenever you click on Sheet1 cell A1 it will take you to Sheet3 Cell Z100.
