In a new worksheet, list in column A all the names like ..
RD1-2(Residential Density 1-2 units/acre) etc
In column B enter the value (ie number) that relates to each name (eg
.66)
Back on the worksheet that contains the data from which you create the
pivot table, add an extra column (in the pivot table data range) and
use Vlookup to get the value that relates to that name. If you have a
qty times a value that you need to sum then create that column also to
avoid having to create a calculated field.
