I am sorry I did not make myself clear in the first post.

My cell's formular is
=CONCATENATE(MID(B3,6,2),"-",MID(B3,1,3),"-",MID(B3,10,2)), which is equal to
08-Mar-06, but it is a string. How can I make it to a date in the cell?
