Default Need exercise log template (weight machines and such)

Hi Banaba. I'd recommend listing the machines/weights in Row 1, starting in
Column B. In A1 type Date and enter the dates you workout in A2 thru A101 to
track 100 workout sessions. When you work out on a machine for X minutes on
February 2, for example, enter the minutes in that machine's column. You
will then be able to analyze the data - How many minutes did I workout on a
specific machine during the last three months? With a total column, you
could also determine the length of your workout sessions for a day, month,
etc. HTH
