I'm trying to keep track of the weight machines and free weights that I use
at the gym. I'd like to make an excel spreadsheet, and was wondering if
anyone knew of a template i could use. or if anyone had ideas as to how to
create one. I'm sure i could figure it out, but I wanted to... cheat! let me
