I am not sure if you have made the problem clear.
What I understand is :
- you have managed to link the cells correctly you are unhappy that
this just refreshes just on opening the file.

- what you seem to be asking is for a user on the other machine to
update the workbook and for those updates to appear in your
workbook.on't think it would be possible for those updates to show
unless the other person saves the workbook.

A bit more description about what is going on and why you need to do it
should be possible to find a solution.
