Default Making a worksheet a templete

I just so happened to have seen that in another post and printed it out:

Open a New Workbook, delete all but one sheet.
Format as you wish.
FileSave AsFile TypeExcel Template(*.xlt)
Name it SHEET and store it in your XLSTART folder.
It will become the InsertWorksheet default sheet.
Shift + F11 will insert a new sheet.

Hope this is what you were tallking about!

Is there a way to make a worksheet a templete? In other words locking certain
cells so that the data around it can be deleted but not the protected cell?
Enabling one to select all and then delete without losing the form?
