I doubt anyone will download the file.
Try to give us some sample data and tell us what you want - but do not use
terms that are meaningful just to you.

You want to add a column of numbers (who cares if they are whole number, or
fractions with % on them)
You want to divide by what? (divide by 'percent' means nothing)
