Default Formatting Cell To Display Value Instead Of Formula

In Tools-Options View tab, there is a checkbox for formulas. You can create
a copy of the sheet you are working on, and check this box to show the
formulas, or clear it to show values.

another worksheet. I don't want to just simply copy and paste the cells
