Default Vlookup Tables

Lianne, you can have more than one table in a sheet. This is not a problem.
The table is not specifically defined in the sense that it does not have to
be given a name, but there can be advantages to naming the table. The first
column though must be in numerical order; the first column being the value
you are looking up for.
