Toolsmacrorecord new macor.
Then on the template add a command button from the toolbox
and attach the macro to it.
how?
1.drag the button from the toolbox toolbar to where you
want it.
2.right click the buttonclick view code.
3. between sub and end sub enter
call mymacro 'the one you just recorded.
