You can format the cells as hh:mm AM/PM, not quite what you want, but
someways.
On the input, see

is it possible to format cell to enter times as example : 12:00, 1:30,
7:30
i figured out how but puts time in as military as in 13:00, 14:30
ect...
also anyone have any typing hints on entering times fast? not that i am
being lazy although i am, but entering a lot of times when you have to
hit shift
and find the numbers for the : is a pain... probably doesn't exist but
i am looking for a formated cell or something to simplify this task? so
maybe then i could just use number pad and hit like 12.3 to = 12:30 or
something similiar thanks in advance
