Default replace values with zeros

I have a large spreadsheet, some areas are for data entry on a monthly basis
the other areas are various text and formulas and blank spaces

I want to clear the data entry portion only but its not easy because areas
are not next to eachother
some formulas and text separate various data entry areas

Is there a way to select the whole spreadsheet and replace all the values
that were keyed with zeros without affecting the text, formulas or blank
areas
