In any spreadsheet in excel 2000 whenever I enter a single 4 or 0 into a cell
it automatically changes to a 3. This does not happen in any other programme.
I have tried reinstalling the programme and have put a new usb keyboard onto
the computer but it makes no difference. if I enter 04 it remains as a 4. Is
it a glich in excel or could it be the actual computer?
