Need formula in cell P71 to sum Q37:Q40 if a number does not exist in
P37:P40. For example:

__|___P___|__Q__|
37| 199606 |500.00|
38|_______|650.00|
39| 199808 |850.00|
40|_______|875.00|

Cell P71 should contain 1,525.00 (650.00+875.00).
