Default Dont know if this is possible to do

I have a file with column headings for name, address, account.
For Example

Name Address Account
John Doe wall st 1234567

I want to put it in a format that displays like this:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20
21 22 23 24
D O E J O H N W A L L S T 1 2
3 4 5 6 7

Numbers (1-24) represent position in file, I am extract info from an excel
file and putting it in a format the has column (1-52) that single out the
info. As I said i dont know if this is possible
