Sorry about that, Sarah. This averaged numbers in my sample:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(F2:F1000="cashier"),--(S2:S1000=2),(H2:H1000))/SUMPRODUCT(--(F2:F1000="cashier"),--(S2:S1000=2))
