Mike,
Excel will put quote marks around a cell that contains a comma, or already
has quote marks in it. Otherwise, it won't. If you need quotes around all
fields, try the Text Write Program at
www.smokeylake.com/excel. Also,
there's info on text files in section "Text files and Excel."
