Wendi,

Based on your column headings in sheet 2 I assume that indicates the
value you are trying to pull from sheet 1. You could use this without
the INDIRECT to get the Lvalue.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!$B$2:$B$3=B2),--(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$3=C2),(Sheet1!$D$2:$D$3))
