=IF(C4<=TODAY()+28,"ILLEGAL","LEGAL")

At the moment if C4 is less than todays date + 28 then write illegal

What i need is to say if C4 is less than todays date + 28 OR E4= yes
then write illegal

I'm sure this is very easy and just a case of me getting my brackets
and commas the wrong way round!!
