how do i use the countif function
when i want the criteria to be a cell
i tryed this but it does not work
=COUNTIF(G6:G360,L23<)

if l23 just contains the value
=COUNTIF(C6:g360,"<"&l23)
if cell l23 contains for example <17 =COUNTIF(G6:G360,L23)

should suffice
