You may want to consider creating a new style (create a cell formatted to
look just like your hyperlinks, then hit Format--Style and choose Add, give
it a name) that looks the same as a cell with a hyperlink (which is an
automatic or predefined style) and apply it to the cell after you remove a
hyperlink.
