Default How do I combine 2 COUNTIF formulas??

It did work!! There was a problem in the spreadsheet, not the formula! Thanks

If the values in ColJ are numeric, then you may need to use this:
=SUMPRODUCT((Mo!D8:D53="PM")*(J8:J53=100%))
