Default How do I combine 2 COUNTIF formulas??

It didn't work, came up #NAME?

Both formulas work how I want them to separately, but I can't combine them.
I need them to only count if both are true. I need it only to count if it is
a "PM" and "100%", it needs to be both! Help!
