Use something called "Conditional Formatting":

Select the relevant Row
From the toold bar select Format
Then Conditional Formating
Leave the first box as Cell Value Is
then Select Greater Than
Then Select 0 in the free type space.
Finally click on the format button just below the free type space and
select the colours you want it to change to.
