Default How to make unused cells blank

Highlight column G by clicking the identifier. Hold down <shift and
press <end once followed by <right-arrow, the release <shift. Then
select Format | Column | Hide.

Do a similar thing to the rows by selecting row 5 first and using
down-arrow.
