Hi, problem. a colum with numbers and formulas, what needs to be done to
get the average of just the numbers

col-1 col-2 col-3

5 5 10
5 20 30
sum 1+2 formulas
sum 1+2
sum 1+2
sum 1+2

Average - I can not get the cell to show the
average of 20
