This is easy and I know I am overlooking something, but I was hoping one
of you could help.

If B14 equals N123AB then shade Cell I14 black.
I tried this formula in the conditional formatting box:
=if(B14="N123AB",) and it accepts the formula, but it wont do any
shading.

There is already a formula in I14. Does that matter or can I have a
formula in the formula box and then another conditional formula in the
condiditonal formatting box????
If it does matter,, the formula that is already in I14 is:
=IF(OR(F6="N123AB",F6="N4AP",F6="N213AC",F6="N742X "),H14,"")

So essentially, if F6= N123AB (or 1 of the other stated values) then I
want I14 to be shaded while retaining the formula already in I14.

Does any of this make sense? Thanks in advance.
