Default Converting All Caps to Proper casing

Data is imported to cell A1 in all Caps

I need cell A2 to convert everything to proper casing

Cell A1 reads - 123 MAIN STREET APT 321
Cell A2 needs to convert this to - 123 Main Street Apt 321
