This happens because there is too much information to fit inside the cell, to
change this you will either have to change the width of the whole column that
contains the affected cell(s) or merge the affected cells with an adjacent
cell to produce a larger one.

up. Sometimes it's body text (sentences, text, that kind of thing) with no
numbers. Sometimes there are numbers in with the body text. But it doesn't
seem to be consistent when the #s appear in the cells.
