Default How do you create formulas in pivot table eg simple division?
You can create a calculated field --

Select a cell in the pivot table
On the pivot table toolbar, choose PivotTable Formulas Calculated Field
Type a name for the formula, and enter your formula, e.g.:
= TotalSales / Units

Click OK
