Default Formula Guidance

If the week amount gets added onto a column, use something like

=INDEX(A:A,MATCH(9.99999999999999E307,A:A))

to get the last value in column A

I have a quick question... I mostly need you to point me in the right
direction, then I'll take it from there. I have a formula that is

calculated
by using two numbers. One of the numbers changes every week. I don't

want
to go in and edit my formula each week for like 50 cells, I'd rather just
make the formula automatically use the new number for the calculation.

Basically, imagine a goal of 55 sales in a1 (the constant number), and

each
week I'll put in how many sales were achieved. At the end of the row,

I'll
have a percentage calculating how close was actually achieved based on the
initial goal. I just need to know how to make that percentage cell
automatically read the new week as the new variable.

Is there a way to do this?
