My problem is I have some value in the first row

suppose A1 has value NAME
B1 has value ADDRESS
C1 has value PHONE

I want to write a VB code which tells .. If i try to change the
value in these cells then there should be a message telling " these
cells are non editable" the the old values like NAME should be retained
in that cell

PLz help me
