Select the Sheet you want to save - then select "Save As" then select
Comma Seperated Values (CSV) or Tabbed and follow the directions.
Then the end user should be able to open and import the file into
Excel.
Make a copy of your workbook prior to doing the above incase the
results are not what you want.
