Thanks for the response.
I'll have to experiment a bit. I've got it to the point where the league
tables will pick up all the details from a table of results. I'll try this to
see if I can make it sort the table.

You have names in column A ordered alphabetically,
scores in column B.
As soon as you enter a score aside of a name it
appears an entry in the table (three columns) as below.

F 6
