i am using the template from microsoft of 2004 and 2005 on a single worksheet
though i might have to put each year on its own worksheet... is that a
problem?

so on the calendar on each date in 1b-1e you would find the name Jeff... if
this is easy to do can you also include the column label also? Each column is
labeled for a specific meeting topic... thanks for your help
