=SUMIF(B1:B10,"<=12",C1:C10)-SUMIF(B1:B10,"<5",C1:C10)

=SUMIF(B1:B10,"<=17",C1:C10)-SUMIF(B1:B10,"<13",C1:C10)

=SUM(C1:C10)-SUMIF(B1:B10,"<17",C1:C10)
