Default Charts comparing data

Make a stacked bar chart. Set up your data like this (use a fixed width font
to view this):

Blank Plan Devel Discuss
x 0 0 0 0
x 0 10
Planned 10 15
x 25 5
x 0 0 0 0
x 0 11
Actual 11 13
x 24 3
x 0 0 0 0

The top left cell should be blank. The cells containing "x" will be cleared
after the chart is made.

Select the whole data range and create a chart. Choose the stacked
horizontal bar chart in step one. Then hit finish because the defaults are
fine.

Double click the category axis (the left hand vertical axis). On the scale
tab, check the Categories in Reverse Order and Value (Y) Axis Crosses at
Maximum Category boxes.

Double click on the Blank series in the chart. On the options tab, change
Gap Width to zero, and on the Patterns tab, choose None for Border and Area.

Format the rest of the chart the way you like it, then go back to the data,
and clear the cells with the temporary "x" values.

Anyone can help me with this ?

I need to create a chart displaying comparison data, for example :

In a project we spend 10 days doing planning, 15 days development n 3 days
discussion. I need to combine these details and compare it against our
planned days of may be 30.

Can this be done ?
