If you are using Excel 2003, the Paste icon on the toolbar has a drop-down
arrow on the right side. The drop down has choices like Values, Formulas

I am using an accounting form for a worksheet to enter monthly figures and
I
have problems keeping the cell formats permenant. Whenever I copy and
paste,
I inadvertently overwrite the current cells borders and need to re-enter
the
previous fromatting. Is there a way anyone knows to keep the formats
besides
using the clumsy Paste Special-Cell Contents option?
