Default if the cell value exceeds the limit to have a dialog box appea

Ron,

Here's the scenario -- on an Expense Report:

If an employee was to fill in any amount in the 'Entertainment' column, a
dialog box would pop up asking them to fill out another form needed as
documentation for that expense.

And

If they entered an amount $50 for their 'Total Meals' (including breakfast,
lunch and dinner) for any particular day, then the same dialog box would
appear.

Thanks in advance.

Check Data Validation:

Select the cells

Allow: (check out the number options: whole number, decimal, etc)

Does that help?
