The source path may have changed. The file may still exist but was
moved to a different location. Search your computer for the file using
the search option on the Start menu if you need to restablish the link.
Once you know where it is, open your file, Edit/Links/Change source and
direct the link to the new location.

If you don't care and just want to delete the link, you should also
have a selection called "Break Link". Select this and a pop up will
appear asking you if you are sure you want to do that. Click OK and
the link will be gone.
