I need help with vlookup function.

I need the formulae to look up csi in f22 and in table u22-v29 and
return the figure in s column corrosponding to value in f22.
In example if it is 80 % the value in g22 will be 0.75 %
if the value is 50 % g22 wll be -1.00 %
