I am trying to count the number of times data appears in a column based on
criteria from another column.

Ex: Count the number of Times "Yes" occurs for 11/01/05

11/01/05 Yes
11/01/05 Yes
11/01/05 No
11/04/05 Yes
11/04/05 No
