Default Row Height in Excel 2003

Open a new blank workbook from FileNew...Blank workbook
Select all sheets by right-click on a sheet tab and "select all sheets".
CTRL + a(twice) to select all cells.
FormatRowHeight. Set to 15
Right-click on a shee tab and "ungroup sheets".
FileSave AsFile TypeTemplate(*.xlt)
Browse to the correct XLSTART folder(there can be several on your computer)
The correct XLSTART folder will be at
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
username will be your name in the path.
Type in BOOK. Excel will add the .XLT
Close Excel then re-open and check the row heights.
NOTE: FileNew...Blank Workbook will not be based upon the BOOK.XLT template.
FileNew(no ellipsis) will be based on BOOK.XLT
New File Icon will be based upon BOOK.XLT
