Hi Tomcat
probably the easiest way is to open excel, type your headings across row 1
and bold them.
Now in ROW 2 enter one person's details in. Then click on cell A2 choose
Data / Form and use that to enter the rest of the people (note, data / form
only works when you have no blank columns & rows in your data area and less
than 30 columns of information).
