The sheet will always be 256 columns by 65536 rows.
You can Hide rows and columns to give the appearance of a smaller sheet.
Got to row 21, click on the row number, hold down Ctrl+Shift and Arrow
down,
this will select rows 21:65536, right clickHide.

Go to column U, and repeat but use Arrow right to select columns U:IV
