Any easy way to search for a specific sheet?

i.e. Like CTRL F, however I'm looking to find a specific worksheet rather
than scroll across until I find it.

Issue it that I have 80-90 worksheets (names like "John Smith, Fred Jones"
instead of "Sheet 1,2, etc)
