Assuming all your phone numbers are this format, then yes there is an easy
way to do this.

1. In any empty cell, enter the value: 10000000000
2. Copy that cell
3. Highlight your list of phone numbers
4. Select "Paste Special..." from the Edit Menu
5. Click the box labeled "Add" in the Operation section
6. Click "OK"
7. Delete the 10000000000 from the cell that you entered earlier.=

That should do it.
