Default regression

I have a few questions, and my friend suggested i try a forum...

1) Is there a way to have the y-intercept formula from a regression
appear some where is the spread sheet? So far, I can only get it to
appear inside a graph. I would like to be able to calc the y-intercept
from a regression, but as of now, I have to run it in a graph, then
manually transfer the equation to a cell in the sheet. So if i adjust
any of the values of the regression, i have to change the y-intercept
formula.

Ideally, I would like two columns, one with data, and the other one
with a smoothed Lrecreation of the data.

2) Another option in some of the regression graphs, it will allow you
to forecast up or down the line. The values of these forecasts do not
appear however. In fact, when you add in a trend line there is never a
value - only on the original data - hence, my above question. Is there
any way to have the trend line display its x-y values?

is there formula for this?

any comments appreciated
