Edit|Undo.

But that is available for just a little time after you do something.

If you've closed or even saved the file since, then Edit|Undo won't be
available.

Do you have a backup copy?

Did you email an earlier copy to anyone? Maybe you'll find it in your Sent
folder or the recipient can send a copy back.
